It was sunny today. We took an early train to Yanagawa, which took us more than an hour. It was definitely worth the trip. We took a boat ride along the famous waterway. Unfortunately, the boat operator didn't perform the boat-bridge jump that I've seen on YouTube. Nevertheless, it was still the best sightseeing trip I've had so far. After sunset, my dad suggested having bento boxes and beers on the beach. However, he really only wanted the beers and didn't even choose a bento box for himself. Later, I counted three times that he peed in the ocean after dark. I'm seriously worried that he might get caught by the coastguard one day. By the way, we unexpectedly encountered a firework display at the beach, not on our side but still in sight. What luck!
