I came across an online article that mineral resources in the moon worth dozens of billion dollars. I would like to share some of the key points here. The article stated that mining mineral resources in the moon without limit could have negative impact on an academic research even though they worth dozens of billion dollars. The moon can have future energy sources and rare minerals and some of them barely exist in the Earth. However, there are many technical and legal challenges to make an extraction of mineral resources in the moon happen. The underground in the moon includes the following important resources. 1)Water(Ice): They could be used as drinking water and fuel for future space stations and moon bases 2)Rare earth: They are essential for smartphones and EV's batteries. 3)Helium3: They could be used for future nuclear fusion generation and exist more than the Earth. The technologies below have been attracting a lot of attention. A)Robot mining technology: Auto-extraction of resources in the moon surface by robots with AI. B)3D printer technology: Construction of moon bases by minded resources C)Unmanned probe: Remote operation for wide-range investigation On the other hand, mining in the moon could have harmful effect on radio observation, terrain change and so on. The international law for moon's resource development hasn't been built yet. There are "the Outer Space Treaty" and "the Artemis Accords" as current main framework, but their legal binding forces are not enough. Under the circumstances, the most concern is that whose resources in the moon are. That's why we need to make the rule for that in the future. I really hope all countries in the world cooperate and help each other with those issues.

I came across an online article stating that the mineral resources on the Moon could be worth dozens of billions of dollars. I would like to share some of the key points from the article. According to the article, although the Moon's mineral resources are extremely valuable, unlimited mining could have a negative impact on scientific research. The Moon contains potential future energy sources and rare minerals, some of which are very rare on Earth. However, there are still many technical and legal challenges that must be overcome before mining on the Moon becomes possible. The article introduced several important resources that exist beneath the Moon's surface: 1. "Water (ice)": This could be used as drinking water and as fuel for future space stations and lunar bases. 2. "Rare earth elements": These are essential for manufacturing smartphones and electric vehicle (EV) batteries. 3. "Helium-3": This could be used for future nuclear fusion power generation and is believed to exist in much larger quantities on the Moon than on Earth. The article also explained several technologies that are attracting attention: A. "Robotic mining technology": AI-powered robots could automatically extract resources from the Moon's surface. B. "3D printing technology": Resources mined on the Moon could be used to build lunar bases. C. "Unmanned probes": These could be remotely operated to carry out large-scale exploration. On the other hand, mining on the Moon could have harmful effects on radio astronomy, alter the lunar landscape, and create other environmental problems. In addition, an international legal framework for lunar resource development has not yet been fully established. Although the "Outer Space Treaty" and the "Artemis Accords" provide the main framework at present, they are not legally binding enough to resolve all future issues. One of the biggest concerns is who should own the Moon's resources. Therefore, I believe that clear international rules
