Just a funny person.

He/she is so funny. Crazy witty with intense charisma.

How do you really feel about a person that maybe jokes to much?

Nothing is serious for them. They turn anything you say into something funny.

They wait and no matter what you are talking about they add a punchline.

Of course you laugh because yes, they are truly funny.

Usually though when they are not funny, they are too serious. Like all of a sudden they are consumed with sadness. They live in only two extremes, really funny or depressingly serious.

Do you know someone like this?

How do they make you feel?

As per your description I would say he/she is effected by psicological problem, I would say bipolar disorder. I mean, I am Italian, you may be know we are considered joking people.... but your description is something extreme!

Could be anyway Ok to have as a friend, at least in the funny phase....

HAHAHAHA I met many people like these. I'm living in Brazil you know!
For us is "normal" then I can handle with this just being polite. But in sometimes need to be serious and say "enough" but is so rarely here's
The truth is what us think that the Americans are so serious and objectives.
The cultures is so amazing and crazy things in the world.

well...I know these kind of people, there are so funny and cheerful, I like to be with them because they try to make you laugh to forget daily problems.

 

They can make me feel very happy =)
