There is not a standard nor official dialect. There are a lot of dialects. Every region has its own and it also differ district by district or province. Il dialetto romano/romanesco is spoken in Rome.

Boris e Romanzo Criminale. Ho visto la prima e non la seconda, che comunque è suggerita da molti. Di solito non riesco a farmi piacere le serie italiane, ma Boris è carina. E' comica e satirica. Parla delle vicende di un troupe che sta girando una fiction televisiva.
Ti consiglierei anche Dov'è Mario, la nuova serie di Guzzanti, ma parlano quasi sempre in romano...
