Maybe use some picture books, or show him some cartoons in english. Try to take it slow and see what he likes then adjust your lessons to him and how he's taking it. Try to be as entertaining as possible basically. Good luck!

I think you have to start with alphabet and numbers. Then colors, animals, fruits, vegetables, common verbs. Good luck. 

Cartoons in English, is a really good idea, I used to do that for my little sister.
