#1 the hard part: learn enough vocab and grammar to come up with sentences on your own.
#2 search for people to chat with and talk talk talk talk talk dont worry about spelling until you can speak.
#3 surround yourself with the language. Music, entertainment, news, all in the language youre learning. Spend as much time on the language as possible as it ALWAYS takes time to learn a language.
Mastering a language however is much harder i havent fihured that one out yet XD

I would concentrate on learning to speak it not read/write it because it is a confusing language. I’ve heard people learn it quickly by finding YouTube videos of things that interest them. Also apparently playing video games helps (don’t ask me why). When I was young a lot of children would learn English fairly quickly by watching TV shows. I hope it goes well for you!

Try to find some friends whom their first language is English. It's the easiest way for learning a new language. Talking help you to learn more new words. Read English books and watch films. Books are the key of a language. Success

is to live in English speaking countries,
and take some english courses with a teacher.
So you need to do a full immersion - read the news, listen to a radio, watch tv, daily conversation, cook, travel, work, and study... all this in English.
