INGREDIENTS
1/4~ 1/2 a carrot cut thinly on the diagonal
2 Stalks of Scallions cut on the diagonal
1/4 medium onion thinly sliced.
1/4 ~1/2 Cup of Shredded Savoy Cabbage
1 Birds Eye Chilli Diced  (optional)
300g thinly Sliced Pork

FOR SAUCE
3 Tbsp Gochujang
2 Tbsp Mulyeot (Corn Syrup)
1Tsp Sugar
1Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Seseme Oil
1 1/2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1/2 Tsp Grated Ginger
1Tsp Pepper
1/2 Tsp Salt
(Pre Mix Sauce in a Seperate Bowl)

METHOD

Add pre mixed sauce, vegetables and Pork together in a large bowl and leave it marinate for 5~30 min depending on how thinn your pork is.

Mine was really really thing so I left for just 5min. ( You can skip this step if  you do not have enought time but even 5 min will help it take on the flavor of the marinate)

Now in a hot pan  Med High heat up the oil  then
cook the marinated pork until cooked through  but I like to cook it untill the sauce is almost gone and it becomes toffee like and golden brown but  not burnt , though it is up to you .

Oh, looks and sounds really good!  What would you say is your favorite Korean dish?

The only Korean food I've had a chance to try is 김치 볶음밥, which I liked.  A new Korean restaurant opened up near my college, though, so I hope to go there when I return to school.
