Do everyone has the phrases like 辛苦了 in your language?
In Taiwan, whenever we heard peope sharing us their toughness or complain their hardworking, we usually reply "辛苦了"
Which means, I think (and on certain level I admit) you are with burden and have tough time and I am trying to comfort/ encourage you. It's kind of the way we show we care about what's your feeling about the work.
It is used so much and extendly, for instance, the following dialogues we can all reply with these three letters!
I worked till eleven last night.
My boss ask me to prepare the report.
I pick up my kid from her school later.
I have booked the ticket for you!
Do anyone have similar phrase like it?

I'm familiar with this phrase :)
In english we don't have an equivalent, people would just respond in their own way.
Here are some examples of what people might say:
Ah, wow. Well done.
Thanks for doing that!
Wow - you're hard working.

In Japanese, there is a similar phrase: „Otsukaresama deshita“ (お疲れ様でした). Read an explanation here: https://www.italki.com/question/210217?hl=de

We don’t really have the same thing in English. Usually you just try to encourage people however you normally do.
