Salary Increment Application

Good Evening!

I would like to humbly request here to English Native speakers and great italki teachers that, i am working as a civil engineer in a construction company in Dubai, but my salary is low and not enough to fulfill our family needs.

therefore, i am planning to write an application to our company HR Manager to increase my salary, so i would be grateful to anyone, who help me with proper wording so that i convince him increase my salary.

Hi, I am not a native English speaker. Also i have been unemployed. I don't have a perfect grammar. I can take a look and point out what seems wrong to me...like for example in this message of yours correct sentence would be "who [can] help me with proper wording"
