Comments on Qigong
I have practiced Qigong for over half a year now. It has been a very positive influence in my lIfe. I would appreciate hearing other people's comments about their experiences with it.

Hi Liu Jin Hua , when i was 11 years old. i saw a veteran practioner of TCM cured a sprained anckle with Qigong, the patient with sprained ankcle said she would feel a lit bit cool over the swollen anckle as the veteran practioner stroke with his fingers, then put a plaster on the sprained anckle. i think it is fantastic.

How do you find your teacher? Or you practice that follow a book or a video?

My experience with it ended after failing to pronounce the word.
