I guess if the misunderstanding is over, we can be friends then. Some people don't behave themselves, which is not a question of like or dislike.

  No, I don't agree.  We will not like everyone we meet.  We may not feel a "good vibe" coming from that person and so, we do not want to speak with them. 

Anyone of everyone you haven't met yet is your potential friend but not everyone.
