If you pick sentences or dialogues from movies, tv shows, audiobooks, podcast, etc. and you split them in many chunks reapeting the same sentences until you feel that you are able to use them naturally then you will improve your listening gradually. It takes time and consistency but as time goes by you will be able to understand a lot of your target language.
