I work in a trade union. My "shareholder" are the workers :)   They believe that: one worker is important, many workers are very important. If i perform my job well, i have their trust. IF I don't repaid their confidence, it means that i am not good a making my work.

The union in the world is not always tied to marxist ideology.

To example: in my union we believe that it takes to resolve the tension between work and capitalism.

The history teaches us that capitalism without rules is harmful. The solidarity is a value that we believe the base of the union. and i think, about a your phrases that you were supportive with some people...

Without a Trade union representing you, you  are on your own. If workers come together they are stronger. They can fight for better pay, equal pay and better health and safety standards.

Hi stefano, As Buffett said several week ago, He said about why some people get paid higher and people who are like worker are not. He point the "ability". Though I am not agree with him totally.

To be honesty, I found worker, I mean where I am, they have the same characteristic.

They did not go through Rinascimento and industry revolation by themselves but they accept by education as colonization. Basically, they only believe what they see by eyes and experience by themselves. to get alone with them, they would not believe those genius seeing by brain.

Although they have their own superstition for example they think their martial art catch a bullet from gun and win the technology. So there usually two kind of ideology

So they often would not think about it, they only want money.

But it does not work to increase their salary sometimes on macroeconomics, Company also need to consider outside of the company.

I dont care about the material, I only hope that they know they can change relationship on them to make them comfortable. I think they will know where is happeness.

Some worker would be rather to stay on the environment but they should know sometimes that make by themselves. However, there are a kind of system that is formed and only work on them.

So manager have to use that to keep going. That is like Hegel said those system come from their spirit actually. I think that is difficult to make them understand.
