I go to parks once or twice a week. Actually I take my children. My children loves to play with toys in playground. I watch them or I spend on time in Twitter while they play.

Answer:
I live in Istanbul. There are many parks in my city. But the parks are not big in Istanbul as the parks in European countries. Istanbul has high population. So, there are many buildings and apartments to live in. Parks in Istanbul are small. There are usually playgrounds for kids in parks.
Parks absolutely should be free for citizens and all people. Goverments already take taxes from us. People needs to relax, to make exercise, to have fresh air. Especially It is more important requirement for people living in big cities.
