Until which section have you finished? どの課まで（何課まで）終わりましたか。 I don't think you can use "until" in that way - since "until" describes the end of an ongoing motion, it specifically is talking about a specific time = when. So, to say "until which section have you finished?" is the same as saying "When which section have you finished?" respectively. Just as you cannot use "have + p.p." if you are referring to a specific point in time, until is the opposite and "until" and the present perfect cannot be used together. I think it should be "By/Up to which section did you finish?" - in this case, the the completion of activity is clearly marked by "by which" and because it is talking about a specific time/event, simple past is the only candidate.
