Yesterday dinner:ちゃんちゃん焼き(chan chan yaki) I cooked "ちゃんちゃん焼き"(chan chan yaki). It's product of Hokkaido in Japan. This is the dish which seasoned salmon with the vegetables and was burned. 1 Make sauce (bean paste, sugar, and sake). 2 Burn salmon with olive oil. 3 Also put in and burn vegetables (cabbage, carrot, onion, mushroom, etc.). 4 Put in sauce of 1, salt, and pepper and roast. This suits beer very much. I had a very happy weekend.

This suits It suits with beer very much.
I had a very happy weekend.

 

Nb: I think 焼く means grill here. Sorry if i was wrong.
