Euro Millions is an a European lottery. Draws are held every Tuesday and Friday night and is are played from France, Spain, UK, Portugal, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Ireland and Luxembourg. The last winner was John Townsend, from Glasgow, Scotland. He is 24 years old and is taxi driver. He had never played before but he wanted to participate because this week there was a prize of £15 million. In this lottery you have to choose six numbers, therefore, John chose the numbers of his mother, father and sister’s birthdays.
Wednesday, the day after the draw, John was driving his taxi when he heard the lottery results on the radio. Suddenly, he had to stop his taxi because he was shocked. He had won the Euro Millions prize. He had to explain to his passenger that what had happened and search for another taxi for his customer. John went to celebrate whit with his family.
