HELP::::Question about Application for study

I am preparing an application for a Master degree. Could you help me to check this email? Thanks.

Dear Professor,
　　I am a Chinese student, currently studying a Management Diploma in Beijing Union University. My major is Information Management and System Program. And I would like to pursue graduate study for a Master's Degree in your School of Economics.
　　I want to prepare this application process by myself, but I will get my bachelor’s degree in July, and I have to notarize copies of certification and wait for an invitation letter from you. I am afraid I don’t have much time to send all the these whole materials to you. So can I just apply to enroll in pre-university? Then hand in my materials after I am arriveing at Belarus. If not, could you tell me what should I suppose to do now? I really hope to start my pre-university this September, then master degree from next year.
　　Another question is when I write the form for the Master Degree Program (brown), should I use Chinese or English about current address and educational background. Where should I start? From primary school or just write down my college? Here is my educational background, is that ok?
