Practicing chapter one Hi, this is my first entry. I'm learning Nepali with the help of the book Teach Yourself Complete Nepali. I'm starting to practice writing that comes up in chapter one here, that's why it's very basic so far, just want to start writing and practice the grammar so it will stick. Hope someone here can help correct it if, or rather when, I make mistakes, appreciate any help I can get! :)  Namaste. Ma Alexandra hu. Ma vidyarthi hu. Ma Swedish hu. नमस्ते। म आलेक्सान्द्र्ा हुँ। म विद्यार्थी हुँ। म स्वेदिष हुँ। What I'm unsure about here: how to say Sweden or Swedish in Nepali and how to spell my name. Yo ke ho? यो के हो? Yo thulo kitab ho. यो ठूलो किताब हो। Tyo ke ho? त्यो के हो? Tyo seto kalam ho. त्यो सेतो कलम हो। Tyo kalam naya ho? त्यो कलम नयाँ हो? Hoina, tyo kalam naya hoina. होइन, त्यो कमल नयाँ होइन। How should the word order be in this last sentence? Should kalam or naya come first or does it depend on what you want to emphasise? Ti ketiharu ko hun? ती केटीहरु को हुन्? Tiniharu vidyarti hun. तिनीहरू विद्यार्थी हुन्। Ani tyo manche ko ho? अनि त्यो मान्छे को हो? Vaha siksak hunuhuncha. वहाँ शिक्षक हुनुहुन्छ। Yo kotha sapha ho? यो कोठा सफा हो? Hoina. Yo kotha sapha hoina. Ti kothaharu sapha hun. होइन। यो कोठा सफा होइन। ती कोठाहरू सफा हुन्।
