pasta in Chinese style pasta
Would you please help me correct the essay, thank you!
My husband is good at cooking pasta. We bought the noodle (what kind?) from supermarket and made the sauce with meat, onion, tomato, ketchup, garlic and cheese (cheese in the sauce?), wine and edible tree fungus (which is my hometown specialty and I love very much).
First, the sliced meat was mixed with soy and pepper powder. The garlic, onion, tomato and edible tree fungus were diced and put aside for use. Second, he poured oil into the pan, and added put the garlic into to the pan and stirred them, then the meat ,some red wine, ketchup, and then the mix of vegetables, and cheese at the last (putting the cheese in is strange). After a while, the smell aroma came wafted out, so nice. I could not wait for a taste.
Usually cheese is added uncooked on top, sprinkling parmesan, or shaving parmesan on the finished dish
