Introduce After three years study of medical photography, I went to France. I finished my bachelor of biology in 2007. For continuation of my study, I got my master biostatistics in 2009, and after 1 year, I went to Paris to get another master about bio information. Now I worked as a biostatistician in a pharmaceutical company for three years. There are two types of jobs. First, I need to support data management in data transfer, data creation, data integrity checks, and data audit. Second, I need to participate in setting up a study including the development of statistical methodology, fill up the statistical section of study protocol, perform sample size estimation, and carry out randomization procedure. In my internship work, I have two experiences about biostatistician: 1. The first experiences, I worked in a French pharmaceutical company. I need to manager all types of data from our experiment. According to the different types of data, I need edit check and data clear. After that, I develop SAS programs to create statistical tables, listings and graphics to the statistical analysis plan. Finally, I need to complete a statistical report. 2. The second experiences, I worked in a hospital. I have a lot of data about breast cancer to manager too. I need database setup, data validation and ensure that all critical contents are included. But these types of data are from all patients of breast cancer. I decided to use a statistical method named survival analysis to develop statistical analysis plan .So I need a cox regression to analysis these data and to finish a statistical report.
