I received a fake product from an e-shop
I have brought a bottle of honey from an e-shop on a web site named “1 号商城”,and after I received the parcel ,I opened and tasted it,I found it was not an orginal product then i told the merchant that the product I recieved was fake ,it was not a proper honey.,but she denied, and she refused to give a return product,so I gave a negative review for their product,and what made me more angry is that the merchant replied my review and she said that I cheated her for money,and she would never yield to this kind of consumers. Then i complained to the "1 号商城“through the internet, but they didn't reply me, so I again complained them through phone, and they said that they would deal with it, but a month passed away,they didn't do what they promised to do and I found that the 1 号商城 was in the side of the merchant, for example, It had the option to give a complaint, but it didn't work,and you also can give a evalution to their treatment,but they only had a option,which was "satisfied" and they didn't have the option of "unsatisfied", and you can gave a comment ,but you can't give another comment,however, the merchant can give many replies to your comment,and If they deny or pour the dirty water on you,you have no chance to defend yourself.
There is a very good web site named 淘宝,It prevents the consumer from being cheated by the merchant, but there is also a problem, If the product is not as perfect as the consumer thinks, they can complain,
and few of them even threat the merchant if the merchant couldn't give back their money or the goods,they will give a negative comment on their product,which the merchant will have a heavy impact on their product, so the merchant have to beware of what the consumer has said.
It is a big problem to the e-commerce they have to satisfy both the merchant and the consumer,Did your country provide any solution to this?
