----------------------------------
I would like to improve my skills in English. Especially, my speaking and listening skills.
For this reason, I need to speak English with a foreigner to study.
Can you help me?
1. I (as in you/私) is always a capital letter. Speaking and listening are in the middle of the sentence, so don't need capital letters.
2. This is more polite than "wanna"
3. It makes more sense to to use "skills in", but " [...] improve my English." is better.
4. Because you are talking about you, you need "my"
5. Need can be replaced with "would like to" as well.
6. You are mentioning what you want to do with the foreigner. It's better to use "speak".
