I am not going to translate this literally but by its meaning and tone.

山上的山花兒開呀. 我才到山上來 See how flowers blooming on the mountain. I am dropping by.
原來嘛你也是上山. 看那山花開  Ah... I see you too had dropped by to view them bloom.

小小的一陣風呀. 慢慢的走過來 Oh, you little gusty wind. Slowly breezing by.
請你們歇歇腳呀. 暫時停下來    Won't you take a rest? Stop here for a moment.
海上的浪花兒開呀. 我才到海邊來  See how the ocean's waves breaking into bloom. Just dropping by.
原來嘛你也愛浪花. 才到海邊來  Oh, I see you too had dropped by to look at these wavelet flowers.

A little cloud comes here slowly.

"Please sit down to rest for a while."

"I come here to see the flowers on the mountain."

"I come here to see the flowers on the mountain as you do."

A little breeze comes here slowly.

"Please sit down to rest for a while."

"I come here to see the waves of the ocean."
