Yet, in my point of view, the different status between the two sexes is the necessary product of history development, which can not be altered in a short-range period. The cause of the Pay Disparity shall be carefully analyzed and give the public an objective explanation. On the one hand, the opinion that women are the weak group is deep-seated in the majority of the human race’s minds, include in many women’. “Lady first” has also been firmly pursued by many gentlemen, those who are tend to protect the women from wars or heavy work etc.. Recently, there is a survey shows that women in full-time jobs work an average of 42 hours a week, compared to 45 for men. Men are also far more likely to work more than 50 hours a week. Since so many women have the notion that a real man shall be a big guy to bear the most work, what reasons can they provide to blame the pay disparity?On the other hand, the different job-choices, to some extend, cause the pay disparity as well. Many women graduates tend to be teachers and secretaries or common office workers so that they can have more time and energy to spend with their families, especially when they have children. While the men graduates more incline to work in the business of sales or the real state industry etc., because they are born with the responsibility to support the family and hold the idea that men shall be tough. The different sense of mission decides the salary’s difference, but not the so-called sexism. On all accounts, the two sexes payment is comparatively fair in a way. Women, who are complaining the society’s unjust, shall not forget that themselves are enjoying some privilege in the meantime. Be a person who is grateful for what he/she has owned and share the benefit with others, instead of being a person who grumbles a lot. In this way, everyone would certainly find the beauty in life.
