Essay theme: how to keep healthy habits in a fast life society that privileges convenience? Nowadays, our lifestyle is faster and busier than before our ancients . We have less times to rest and to eat. Nevertheless, we should ever keep healthy habits in our busy lifes. There are simple habits to keep a healthier lifestyle. Firstly, set your goals. Write in a paper your goals, they don't need to be big, but they should be achievable. Would you like to loss weight, to have a healthy lifestyle or both? Write them and adapt these goals to the your actual lifestyle. Secondly, focus. If you wrote your goals you should keep focus. To help to accomplish them, you could replace junk food by fruits and juice for example. Avoid to eat processed food ever as possible. Try also to replace high-calorie food by low-calorie food and rich in nutrients at main meals. These measures are very important to achieve a healthy life or to loss weight balanced. Thirdly, find time to do exercises. Our body need to do exercises. This is good for our heart, it improves our muscles and it burns the excessive fat. There are some kind of exercises that you can do at home like streching and jumping jacks for instance. Half hour a day can be enough to reach a healthier life. Find a expert and ask it what exercises you can do at home and to do rightly. Lastly, you achieved your goals, don't forget the good habits. You should keep them alive in your lifestyle. If achieve the goals was a success, keep going, set new goals and keep focus.
