I'm writing for the first time a c.v. in english language and I'd like know if these phrases are correct:

I have good organizational skills thanks to my experience either as a secretary and event and party planner for children. These skills include managing e-mails, documents and appointments. or as entertainer, where I've contributed to manage and to organize events and partys (parties) for children. I've really enjoyed that these experiences because I like working with other people, exspecially in a multicultural environment. I can also work well as a member of a team.
