Looking for a Job

Hi, I am an Electrical Engineer from Spain and here there are barely any jobs here for young people. So I need to send my CV to other countries like the UK,Netherlands, Norway etc. I also need to know how to write a good one, and how can i so I need to also improve my level of English writing very rapidly.
