ADV's Anecdote

Last week, I heard there are people  calling to  bars asking if there was a missing bag (black, brown,yellow, whatever color) and if there were, the caller went to pick  it up.and snagging a bag that is not theirs. I didn't believe it until  this Saturday when I forgot a black bag in a bar and when I called, they told  me another person had already picked it up yesterday.
