Career change is difficult I think

I don't really like my current job. I want to have a career change. But it is hard.
If you don't have the job work experience<em></em>, you havea few opportunity opportunities to have the a job you like.
For example, my job is about the computer software. I want to change my job to business affairs.
I have deliveried sent out a lot of my resumes, but never get got a job interview.
Sometimes, I will feel confused. Is it right to change my career? Maybe the new job's salary will not be as good as my current job salary?
Actually, I don't know how to do with it what to do (about it), To continue my current job or to change careers?
