Me and my English This summer I've decided to start again with English. When I was at primary school I never enjoyed English. And then, learning english was more difficult for me. I grew up and never learned english at school, and in the institute always was the same, the same grammar, the same boring exercises, and I never improved. When I finished my second degree at the University, I didn't have a job so I decided to start an adventure. I went to live in England and I could learn some english. When I arrived I didn't understand anything and was imposible for me to say any word. I always was afraid to do a mistake and always felt embarrassing with the language. Sincerely, now I think that I could have use better my time in England. In spite of that I could start to speak and understand. One year ago that I came back to Spain, and I put aside English. Now I'm focused and determined to improve my English. From today I'm going to spend some time everyday practicing English. I hope be constant and improve.

This summer I've decided to start again with English. When I was at primary school I never enjoyed <em>English, and so</em> learning <em>English</em> was more difficult [<em>than other subjects</em>] for me. I grew up and never learned <em>English</em> at school, and in the institute always was the same, the same grammar, the same boring exercises, and I never improved (<em>Esta frase no es clara. ¿Qué es "el instituto?"</em>).

When I finished my second degree at the <em>university</em>, I didn't have a <em>job, so</em> I decided to start an adventure. I went to live in England and I could learn some <em>English</em> [<em>while I was there</em>]. When I arrived I didn't understand anything [<em>that people were saying</em>] and <em>it </em>was imposible for me to say any <em>words.</em> I <em>was always</em> afraid to <em>make</em> a mistake and <em>I </em>always felt <em>embarrassed</em> with [<em>by my lack of understanding of the English</em>] language.

Now I <em>sincerely </em>think that I could have use <em>my time better</em> in England. In spite of <em>that, I can</em> start to speak and understand. I came back to Spain <em>a year ago</em>, and I put aside English. Now I'm focused and determined to improve my English. <em>Starting</em> today I'm going to spend some time everyday practicing English. I hope be <em>consistent</em> and improve.

Me and my English

This summer I've decided to start again with English.

When I was at primary school I never enjoyed English. And then, learning English was more difficult for me. I grew up and never learned English at school,

and in the institute always was the sameAquí hay dos opciones - 'and the institute was always the same' o 'and in the institute it was always the same'.

the same grammar, the same boring exercises, and I never improved.

When I finished my second degree at the university (Eso es interesante.  No se usa el artículo para hablar de la universidad en general, pero sí, se lo usa para hablar de una univseridad específica - por ejemplo - my second degreee at university, pero 'my second degree at the University of Madrid'),

I didn't have a job so I decided to start an adventure. I went to live in England and so (como 'para' en este caso) I could learn some English. When I arrived I didn't understand anything and it was impossible for me to say any word (no está mal escrito, pero solemos decir 'a single word')..

I always was always afraid to do make a mistake (hacer errores = to make mistakes) and always felt embarrassed with the language.

Sincerely, now I think that I could have used better my time in England better. In spite of that I could start to speak and understand.
One year ago that I came back to Spain, and I put aside English. - No puedes decir 'that' en esta frase.  Si quieres añadir otra palabra aquí, tienes que cambiar la frase un poco, por ejemplo 'One year ago, when I came back to Spain, I put aside English'.

Now I'm focused and determined to improve my English. From today I'm going to spend some time everyday practising English.

I hope to be constant and improve. - También se puede decir 'I hope to be consistent...'

Muy buen trabajo, Nuria!  No hay mucho para corregir, y solo he escrito mucho porque me gusta explicar las correcciones y sugerencias un poco para que puedas entender porque se dice estas cosas así.  Espero que me entiendas! :)
