My hair My hair has been damaged for two years. Once I used the crimping iron and I completely burned my hair that I could smell it burning but after a while it got worsen because I always used the straightener and the hairdryer which basically damage hair because of the heat. My hair became weak and frizzy so I decided to cut it off. Now it's quite shorter than before and a little wavy. But using the straightener I damaged it again and I'm not going to cut it off because it is not so long. Anyway, I think I should use a heat protector spray before blow drying/strainghtening which helps to reduce partially the damage or I should use a keratin shampoo for about 3/4 months and a macadamia oil to make it easier to comb because I have tangles in one's hair. I would not use any kind of hair iron if I knew how to make nice hairstyle so that my hair could get stronger and soft.
