Estou muito cansanda(without comma here)para escrever hoje. Não aprendi (ou estudei?) muito tambem ... :( mas hoje fiz passaporte, isto é bom.

If you meant that you didn't read, copy etc. today, the verb is 'estudar': "não estudei muito hoje".

If you meant that you read, copy as usual, but somehow you can't remember that or didn't understand, you can say "eu não aprendi muito" or even "hoje eu estudei, mas não aprendi muito"
