The lonely abroad life

I've been living in Ireland for 3 month now/so far
Today, I have a strong headache <-- sounds more natural that way
If I were still (living) in Korea, I would have my parents or friends to help me
but I'm alone here
I have friends, but we're not close 
I can't call anybody <-- "couldn't" is past tense, "can't" is present continuous
I took medicine and endured myself <-- in English we say 'take medicine' not 'eat medicine' 
I will make an effort to make close friends 
I'm feeling lonely tonight/I feel lonely tonight

Aww, I'm sorry you don't have any close friends. I hope you make some close friends soon and find peace. You can always chat with me whenever you want ^^
