que = that (no need of "to" in these [infinitive] cases)
Tagalog = perfect in English, but in Spanish no caps are used for language names
dígame = great for a really formal situation, but not quite in this case, better more informal "dímelo" (the "lo" in the end makes it pronominal, which means it's like an "of/about it"). Besides, "quieres", the other verb of the same sentence is, likewise, not really formal, rather colloquial style.
bueno/a = you shouldn't worry too much about the gender, though, because it's something that can only be learned by use, time and patience :)
