love to learn

I am currently studying English language from in school. I can read and write in English (may be i am not good at I may not be good at it), but the problem comes when i trying to speak :P. I am normally not a stammerer but when i speak in English i suddenly become like that one. And I don't have anyone with whom i can practice with.
