what do you think? I watch special film what teach to speak English, but the film in Russian language. I need to hear English for example to watch movies or to watch the Russian lessons?

What do you think?

I watched a special video which teaches how to speak English, but the video is in the Russian language. [Variant: .... the video is in Russian.]  Do I need to listen to English, for example, by watching movies, or should I watch the lessons in Russian?
