Reminder of resignation acceptance email Hi Team, I want to write a mail to HR . I have resigned my current job on 10th June. Then I had meeting with HR . During meeting she asked me some formal questions which normally HR asked when any employee resigned a job. At that time I told them, No I don't want to stay here I need a change so I will not return my resignation. After 1 week I discussed with HR over Gmail chat and she said we will release you whatever you date mentioned in your resignation mail. But as process I need this confirmation over email.
