I will like to offer a different take on the corrections that Jean Luke made (Please note he did corrected properly). This sentence: "I go to the gym and work out hard after I finish work everyday. Then I cook breakfast and dinner by myself. " you can write it as follow and to me it sounds better: "Everyday after I finish work I workout hard at the gym, then I cook breakfast and dinner by myself". On your last sentence: "If you find a mistake in my notebook, could you correct it?" I suggest you write it as follow: if you find a mistake in my notebook, could you please correct it? or you can say: "If you find a mistake in my notebook, could you correct it, please? That is all. Great job overall your English is very good.
