제가 사는 곳이 이 곳이에요. (This is a normal sentence, "제가 사는 곳이" is the subject, and "이 곳이에요" is the predicate)
이 곳에서 제가 살아요. (Here, "이곳에서" is just an adverbial, and the word order is inversed to emphasis on it)
