we shoud know about emotions
I thought negative emotions were bad and even they made me feel bad about myself.For example,when I am angry with some stuff.I would have a thought that I am not a cultivated person.When I feel afraid about something,I start to put off it,then I have a thought that I would not have ability to process it for ever.
Recently I met and learned Plutchik's Wheel of Emotions and learned many other concepts of emotional science.I figured out that emotion is a nomoral instict.It's not the fault of emotions,but the way how we consider feelings and emotions.Emotions like friends who care about us most,and it always tell us something important which may be ignored by us.It's just a remind not an evidence for self judgement.
Emotions are not static and they always escalate or deescalate.So we should find a way to ease or seek help from people around us.If a person who is stressed and frustrated can pay attention at first,it wouldn't turn into depression disease.
