“It tasted quite fine to me” is grammatically correct, but it sounds a little stiff. Native speakers usually say “It tasted pretty good to me.” That sounds more natural and friendly.
“I’m not the addressee of that question” is correct but sounds very formal or academic. In normal conversation, people would say “That question wasn’t for me” or “I wasn’t the one you were asking.”
“I’m not the person responsible for that question” is grammatically fine, but it means something different. It sounds like you are saying you did not create or ask the question, not that it was directed to someone else.
So the most natural everyday versions would be “It tasted quite good to me” and “That question wasn’t for me.”

1. It tasted quite good to me. [However, be careful with the word "quite." It has different uses in the U.S. than in the U.K. In the U.S., most people would say, "It tasted pretty good to me."]
2. [Although this sentence is grammatically correct, it's structure isn't natural for a native speaker. We'd say something more like, "That question wasn't addressed to me."]
3. [Same as above. Depending on the context, we'd say something more like, "I don't need to answer that question," or "You should ask that question to someone else."
