May I know how to differentiate Hui in Mandarin with the meaning Able to or Will?

maybe you could change Hui to similar word to see if it is correct here.
for example,
1.hui会＝neng能    able to
我会滑冰＝我能滑冰  I am able to ski.
2. hui会＝jiang将   will
我今晚会去聚会＝我今晚将去聚会  I will go to the party tonight.
