This is closely related to the phrase: "Are you a doormat?"
It's to suggest that a doormat -- an inanimate object -- which just sits there and allows for people's dirty feet to walk on or wipe on just takes it. If someone is compared to being "a doormat" it means they are behaving in a way that allows people to treat them the same way.
So to be "walked all over" (which is usually how it's put), is very similar, to mean that they are figuratively lying there for someone to just walk on and be used without saying a word or standing up for themselves.
If you've ever seen the TV show Married...With Children, you might remember the character Al Bundy who had no respect from his wife or kids. Even though he often tried to stand up to them, in the end, they always got what they wanted out of him. In some ways, Al Bundy allowed his family to walk all over him. He was treated like a doormat by his wife.

Hi! To get walked on really just means that you are treated badly or disrespected and you do nothing about it. Example: Someone allows their relative to verbally disrespect them or manipulate them into doing things without standing up for themselves. You can say that the person is “getting walked on” by that relative. Hope this helps!
