I'm always bad at pronunciation and I really want to improve it. Could someone please listen to my recording and tell me how I should improve my pronunciation? Like which sound should I work on because people may have trouble understanding me if I don't.

You have problems with vowel sounds. For example, /dɪd/ becomes /diːd/ (short/long vowel sound confusion.) Another thing is that many vowels sound like they have the /ŋ/ endings.
