Today in our lunch we prepared a dishe that I think that has a Russian name maybe: "Strogonoffe". Surely the Brazillian are able to adapte all worldwide conforme they think better. Due to I don't know how is this dishe is prepared in his origen country. However here we have 2 most known ways to prepare this meal. In the first way is used chopped chicken with mayonnaise, ketchup, milk cream and mustard. In the second is used chopped meat in the place of chopped chicken. And then after prepared the two versions is served with French fries. Both are delicious, but I prefered is with chicken.
