I guess it’s called "Indian spurge tree" (botanical name: euphorbia neriifolia.) It’s definitely from the spurges family but I’m not a 100% sure which type because, according to Wikipedia, there are more than 2000 types in this plant family. I got this information using google image search and a bit of further research to work out the type.
