冗談じゃないよ!
This is the closest expression I can think of. It's the one that comes out of your mouth when you have to deal with someone's nonsensical statements or injustice. "冗談; jyo-dan" means joke or banter but also refers to just about anything nonsense or hilariously wrong . A similar expression that's also a candidate here is...
冗談も休み休みにしてくれ!
which literally means "Throw in some breaks in between your nonsense." and it does the job "Oh.... come on.... (with high-pitched "come" and elongated vowel of "on".)
勘弁してよ!
is also a good one. For me, it's "That's enough" with a sarcastic undertone of "Could you please kindly let me leave?"
いいかげんにして!
is a bit too strong as a statement. More like "Enough is enough!". Much closer to Eliot's try, "Shut up.", "I'm not taking this anymore!"
少し休ませてください。/ちょっと休ませて。
are both correct sentences although I doubt they're what you're looking for.
