正常语速吧。我感觉中文的正常语速相对于其他语言来说很慢啊。我是学法语的，感觉法国人说话太快了。

im still learning english im not sure what express native speed means but i assume you are asking if there is a standard of talking speed in chinese. normally people in china talk a bit faster than those people on TV or radio. chiness also have tricky talks such as i almost did not get hit by a car. it is same as i almost got hit by a car. when i talk to people from west, south or north, it is a bit difficult for me too to understand everything they say and i can only commucate with senior chinese citizens from nor east of china. because that is where i was born.
