we have structure 좋다 with 가/이 and 촣아하다 with 을/를.
And what's about ...mmm..for example: 재미있다? whether we can similarly use 재미있 아 하다 with 을/를? Or it's wrong?

No, it's correct^^/
"-어 하다" makes an adjective into a verb meaning it can take objects.
-은/는/이/가 재미있다 = an adjective
재미있다 + 어 하다 = 재미있어하다 = ~을/를 재미있어하다(transitive verb)
-은/는/이/가 예쁘다 = an adjective
예쁘다 + 어 하다 = 예뻐하다 = -을/를 예뻐하다(transitive verb)

I am not sure what you ask, but, 재미있다(funny), for ex) this movie is funny.(영화가 재미있다.)
in the case "재미있어하다", we can use this expression when we watch someone enjoy(have laugh) something. for ex) he has a good laugh about this movie. 그는 이 영화를 재미있어 하다.
with, it could be translated many case.
1. ~와(/과) 함께. I go to school with Jane. 나는 제인과 함께 학교에 간다.
2.~ 가지고(. I open it with hands. 나는 손으로(을 가지고) 그것을 열었다.
